Andreas Wirth brings over 15 years of international experience in sustainability, innovation and brand leadership. At Victorinox, he held global responsibility for Corporate Sustainability and Brand Experience, using agile methods to navigate complexity and create innovative value propositions and new business models. Previously, he helped build gateB’s international business and digital marketing services. His focus: enabling companies to leverage sustainability, innovation and value preservation as drivers of competitiveness and growth
Johannes Hasenöhrl
Sustainability Consultant
Johannes Hasenöhrl has several years of experience in the sustainability sector, including in the timber construction industry, in business advisory and at a global manufacturer of rail vehicles. He trained as an industrial engineer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Lund University in Sweden and a Master’s degree in General Management from the University of St. Gallen with a focus on sustainable transformation and the circular economy. He is a certified GRI Sustainability Reporting Professional and ESRS Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist.

Thorsten Traber
Creative Director
Thorsten Traber supports Hilda as part of the Group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle as creative director. Thorsten brings extensive experience and in-depth expertise in brand development, strategic brand management, and product and interior design. He has been a core member of the BLC since 2005. As creative director, he works with both Hotz Brand Consultants and Hieronymus – a premium paper and writing culture brand he helped develop and continues to shape to this day. In 2019, Architectural Digest Germany named him among the 200 most influential designers.
Ivo Moosberger
Graphic Designer
Ivo Moosberger supports Hilda in the area of graphic design as part of the Group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle. Over the past thirty years, he has worked in various areas of the industry, from the creative implementation of projects to the technical set-up and support of publications in online editorial systems, as well as the templating of various touchpoints and product photography in the studio. In addition to his vocational training as a typographer, he completed the BMS design course in Lucerne.
Antonio Santoro
Editorial Design
Antonio Santoro supports Hilda in the area of editorial design as part of the Group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle. With more than 30 years of experience in brand and corporate design, Antonio has mastered all facets of the design discipline. He specializes in developing coherent and distinctive visual identities, creating projects that seamlessly combine creativity, strategic thinking, and functionality – for both established brands and emerging ventures. His expertise spans the entire creative process, from concept development and design implementation to final execution. Antonio places great emphasis on detail, visual consistency, and effective communication. With many years of experience leading complex projects, he brings a strategic vision that centers on innovation and user experience.
