Director Sustainability Consulting

Jörg Malloth has many years of experience on the corporate side, including as Global Head of Sustainability at Stadler Rail, Senior Director Sustainability/ESG at Sunrise, Head of Sustainability at Schwyzer Kantonalbank and Head of the Real Estate Ecology department at Zürcher Kantonalbank. He also worked for six years as Senior Consultant Sustainability at the global consulting and research company Intep. He holds an MAS in Facility Management, an MAS in Sustainable Construction, a CAS in Sustainable Management and a CAS in Corporate Responsibility.
Dr. Alexis Katechakis
Senior Sustainability Consultant

Dr. Alexis Katechakis has specialized in sustainability and corporate responsibility
in science, society and business for more than 25 years. Since 2011, he has been advising companies of various industries and sizes on the development and implementation of sustainability strategies as well as on organizational development and communication. He has played a pivotal role in establishing two sustainability consultancies, worked as a marine scientist, communications consultant and spokesperson. Alexis holds a PhD in Biology and an MSc in Sustainable Resource Management. He is a board member of the UN Ocean Decade Committee in Germany and regularly supports the NGO Aegean Rebreath.
Johannes Hasenöhrl
Sustainability Consultant

Johannes Hasenöhrl has several years of experience in the sustainability sector, including in the timber construction industry, in business advisory and at a global manufacturer of rail vehicles. He trained as an industrial engineer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Lund University in Sweden and a Master’s degree in General Management from the University of St. Gallen with a focus on sustainable transformation and the circular economy. He is a certified GRI Sustainability Reporting Professional and ESRS Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist.
Alfredo Malloth
Sustainability Consultant

Alfredo Malloth has many years of experience in project management and most recently worked as a project manager for a global manufacturer of frameless sliding window systems. Prior to this, he was a site manager at Dominion Constructors, one of the leading general contractors in New Zealand. Alfredo studied Construction Management at Unitec, Institute of Technology in Auckland and is currently completing a part-time MBA at the University of St. Gallen. He is a certified GRI Sustainability Reporting Professional and ESRS Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist.
Carsten Ernst
Senior Climate and Environmental Consultant

Carsten Ernst has more than 30 years of international experience in sustainable building design, energy management, and renewable energy. For the past five years, he has worked as an independent consultant, specializing in corporate carbon footprinting (CCF), product carbon footprinting (PCF), energy management, and climate and net-zero strategies. Previously, he spent over 15 years as a partner at ÖKOTEC Energiemanagement GmbH, where he led the energy efficiency and energy management consulting division. His professional career began with more than twelve years of experience in technical systems planning and sustainable building development. Carsten Ernst holds a degree in mechanical engineering from RWTH Aachen University and is actively involved as a lecturer for workshops, seminars, and webinars on energy management.

Daniel Bärlocher
Managing Director

Daniel Bärlocher has been working in corporate communications for B2B and B2C companies for over 20 years. Before joining Hilda, he was responsible for corporate communications and public relations at Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) for over eleven years. He was also Head of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at a listed company in the textile industry. He entered the communications industry at the Swiss branch of the global public relations network Hill & Knowlton, where he worked for eight years, including as a member of the management team responsible for corporate and financial communications. Following his Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Zurich, he worked as a management consultant in the financial sector and then as an auditor.
Daniela Obrecht
Senior Communications Specialist

Daniela Obrecht is an experienced entrepreneur and business consultant specializing in communication and digital innovation. She founded a PR and marketing agency as well as a software company, successfully building and leading them for over 20 and 8 years, respectively. Previously, she held senior positions at Hill & Knowlton, managing strategic communication projects at both Swiss and international levels. She also worked as a Change Communication Manager, supporting organizations through transformation processes. With her expertise in strategic communication, innovation, and digital solutions, she helps companies develop successfully. Daniela holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Political Science, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Artificial Intelligence and Software Development.
Amelia Turrini
Communications Consultant

Amelia Turrini supports Hilda in strategy and transformation communication as part of the group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle. Amelia is a Consultant for Brand and Business Strategy at Hotz. Previously, she worked at Estée Lauder Companies as Consumer and Trade Marketing Manager, where she was responsible for the expansion of distribution of cosmetics brands in the sustainability sector. She was also heavily involved in internal initiatives and their internal communication in the area of sustainability. In previous years, she worked as a Scrum Master at Helvetia Consulting in a strategically important digital transformation project for Helvetia Insurance. After completing her Master’s degree in Management, Organization and Culture at the University of St. Gallen, Amelia gained various experience at Beiersdorf, Procter & Gamble and the global growth and transformation consultancy Prophet.
Patrick Ensslin
Senior Communications Consultant

Patrick Ensslin supports Hilda in strategy and transformation communication as part of the Group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle. Patrick is Director Brand Experience at Hotz. He has more than 25 years of experience in audiovisual brand development. At the end of 2007, Patrick founded Sensorial Surroundings, an agency specializing in motion graphics, film and sound design in the corporate sector. In addition to his training as a graphic designer at the Lucerne University of Art and Design, Patrick has further training in strategy and business administration at the University of St. Gallen and service design at the University of Nuremberg.

Michael Kahn
Creative Director

Michael Kahn has been working in the field of design for over 20 years, including as a partner and creative director at hilda design matters, at Schnider & Yoshina, a renowned design agency in New York, and as a senior designer at the internationally active Gottschalk + Ash in Zurich. Michael’s work has won several awards, including the RedDot Award and the Berlin Type Award. He is a jury member of the Swiss Business Report Rating. After completing the preliminary course at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), he trained as a designer.
Oliver Aebersold
Production Services, UX/UI-Design

Oliver Aebersold has extensive experience in the field of visual communication, including at Bossard Kommunikation and Stutz Medien AG. He was also self-employed for over seven years and ran his own graphic design studio in Zug. In addition to his training, Oliver graduated from the “gib” management school for printing, media and communication in Zurich. At Hilda, he is responsible for the development and realization of important projects in the areas of corporate communication, financial publications and branding. He works closely with the creative direction team. His knowledge of UI/UX design completes his broad range of skills.
Désirée Margelisch
Production Services

Désirée Margelisch has extensive experience in the field of media design. After training as a graphic designer, she worked for five years at Zürcher Werbedruck in the areas of customer consulting, design and production of printed matter. Following this, Désirée was responsible for the configuration and implementation of online response systems and marketing resource management systems at gateB. At Hilda, she is responsible for the development and realization of projects in the areas of corporate communication, sustainability and financial publications and branding. With her broad expertise, Désirée provides efficient and customer-oriented solutions.
Ivo Moosberger
Graphic Designer

Ivo Moosberger supports Hilda in the area of graphic design as part of the Group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle. Over the past thirty years, he has worked in various areas of the industry, from the creative implementation of projects to the technical set-up and support of publications in online editorial systems, as well as the templating of various touchpoints and product photography in the studio. In addition to his vocational training as a typographer, he completed the BMS design course in Lucerne.

Dr. Sied Sadek
Chairman of the Sustainability Advisory Board ESG Verification

Dr. Sied Sadek is an advisor to EFRAG (European Financial Reporting Advisory Group) and the only Lead Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner (LCSAP) for the AA1000 sustainability standard in the EU. He has extensive experience as a verifier of sustainability reports in accordance with GRI and AA1000, as well as a certified trainer for sustainability frameworks. His expertise covers CSR, ESG, OECD, CSRD, SDGs, stakeholder management, responsible procurement, and quality management. He is an internationally recognized speaker with decades of leadership experience, including roles as Global Managing Director and CEO of DQS CFS GmbH and Managing Director of SQS Deutschland GmbH. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Sustainability Advisory Board at ESG Verification.

Dr. Andreas Moser
Advisor Organizational Development

Dr. Andreas Moser supports Hilda in the area of organizational development as part of the Group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle. Andreas accompanies entrepreneurial transformation processes with a view to a successful future. He has many years of experience in the design, orchestration and implementation of future-oriented issues. Andreas’ entrepreneurial profile is rounded off by his moderation skills on both a small and large scale. He has operational management experience at C-level in the SME environment and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of a medium-sized energy cooperative. Andreas holds a doctorate in business administration from the University of Zurich.
Jiři Chmelik
Design Partner

Jiři Chmelik, a founding partner and creative director of hilda design matters, has been involved with the image and communicative presence of companies for over 25 years. After his training as a graphic designer and his experience at the corporate design agency Külling Partner Identity, he honed his understanding of design and identity in the Executive Master in Art, Design + Innovation. Jiri’s work has won the Red Dot Award and the German Design Award several times. He also teaches the disciplines of corporate design, editorial design and brand identity at various universities, as well as presiding over the design jury of the Swiss Annual Report Rating. He deepens his professional fascination in the Noir Associates project.
