Jörg Malloth
Director Sustainability Consulting
Jörg Malloth has many years of experience on the corporate side, including as Global Head of Sustainability at Stadler Rail, Senior Director Sustainability/ESG at Sunrise, Head of Sustainability at Schwyzer Kantonalbank and Head of the Real Estate Ecology department at Zürcher Kantonalbank. He also worked for six years as Senior Consultant Sustainability at the global consulting and research company Intep. He holds an MAS in Facility Management, an MAS in Sustainable Construction, a CAS in Sustainable Management and a CAS in Corporate Responsibility.
Axel Bachmann
Senior Sustainability Consultant
Axel Bachmann has worked in leading positions in the German beverage industry for over 35 years. Most recently, he spent 12 years as Head of Sustainability at Coca-Cola Germany, where he was largely responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s sustainability strategy. In the four years before that, he was Head of Marketing at the same company. Axel Bachmann holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Cologne. He is a part-time trainer at the SQS Sustainability Academy and trains specialists to become certified sustainability managers.
Carlos López Compta
Senior Climate and Environmental Consultant
Carlos López Compta brings 20 years of experience in sustainability and compliance, particularly as an internationally recognized corporate advisor on climate and environmental issues. He is a member of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) expert team for the verification of greenhouse gas balances and the corresponding reduction pathways, as well as an accredited climate change consultant. Over the last 15 years Carlos has successfully implemented a large number of pioneering sustainability and circular economy projects for leading international companies. Originally trained an industrial engineer, he has completed specific sustainability training courses at Cambridge and Lund Universities and the General Management Program at IESE Business School.
Dr. Michael Düringer
Senior Sustainability Consultant
Dr. Michael Düringer has been working in corporate communications for over 25 years with a focus on financial and sustainability reporting. He has many years of experience as a consultant and communications manager on the corporate side, is a certified GRI Sustainability Reporting Professional and a member of the Center for Corporate Reporting (CCR) expert network. Michael has worked for leading communications consultancies, including IRF Reputation AG in Zurich and Gavin Anderson Company in New York. From 1998 to 2004, he was responsible for corporate communications and investor relations at Phonak (now Sonova) Group. Michael studied law at the University of Zurich and is the author of the non-fiction book “Corporate Responsibility”, published in 2023.
Yannic Steffan
Senior Sustainability Consultant
Yannic Steffan has been working in the field of sustainability management for large corporations for 10 years, including as sustainability consultant at Accenture and BSD Consulting (now LRQA) for large multinational corporations. From 2019 to 2023, Yannic built up the sustainability program at Valora as Head of Sustainability. He studied Business Administration and Management at the University of St. Gallen HSG (Bachelor) and at the University of Mannheim (Master). He also holds a Master’s degree in the same field of study with a focus on energy, natural resources and the environment from Norges Handelhoyskole (NHH), Bergen (Norway). He is currently completing a CAS in Renewable Energy Management at the University of St. Gallen.
Johannes Hasenöhrl
Sustainability Consultant
Johannes Hasenöhrl has several years of experience in the sustainability sector, including in the timber construction industry, in business advisory and at a global manufacturer of rail vehicles. He trained as an industrial engineer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Lund University in Sweden and a Master’s degree in General Management from the University of St. Gallen with a focus on sustainable transformation and the circular economy. He is a certified GRI Sustainability Reporting Professional and ESRS Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist.
Alfredo Malloth
Sustainability Consultant
Alfredo Malloth has many years of experience in project management and most recently worked as a project manager for a global manufacturer of frameless sliding window systems. Prior to this, he was a site manager at Dominion Constructors, one of the leading general contractors in New Zealand. Alfredo studied Construction Management at Unitec, Institute of Technology in Auckland and is currently completing a part-time MBA at the University of St. Gallen. He is a certified GRI Sustainability Reporting Professional and ESRS Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist.
Robert Schumacher
Director Data Management und Analytics
As part of the Group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle, Robert Schumacher supports Hilda in the area of data management and analytics. He has over 25 years of experience in various management roles in the field of data management, including as marketing and CRM manager at global financial institutions in Switzerland and the USA, as Managing Director Central Europe of an American listed software company and as Managing Director and Advisory Board member at various start-ups. Most recently, he was responsible for Customer Intelligence at SAS Institute Switzerland. Robert has also founded several start-ups himself and is a lecturer at renowned universities such as ZHAW Winterthur and HSLU Lucerne
Ian Hersberger
Head Data Science
As part of the Group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle, Ian Hersberger supports Hilda in the area of analytics. His particular strengths lie in predictive data modeling/reporting and the automation of business processes, where he has profound experience from various industries. He is Head Data Science at gateB and previously worked as a quantitative analyst at IdeaLab Reserach. He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics and Philosophy from the University of Zurich.
Cécile Hefti
Data Management and Analytics Consultant
Cécile Hefti supports Hilda in the areas of data management and analytics as part of the Group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle. Cécile has worked for over three years as Lead Interaction Engineer and Marketing Automation Engineer at gateB, a CRM consulting and implementation company. Previously, she worked as an interaction engineer at the international data visualization and user experience studio Interactive Things and as a front-end developer at various start-ups. She has a baccalaureate degree from a technical secondary school for communication and IT.

Daniel Bärlocher
Managing Director
Daniel Bärlocher has been working in corporate communications for B2B and B2C companies for over 20 years. Before joining Hilda, he was responsible for corporate communications and public relations at Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) for over eleven years. He was also Head of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at a listed company in the textile industry. He entered the communications industry at the Swiss branch of the global public relations network Hill & Knowlton, where he worked for eight years, including as a member of the management team responsible for corporate and financial communications. Following his Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Zurich, he worked as a management consultant in the financial sector and then as an auditor.
Amelia Höhn
Communications Consultant
Amelia Höhn supports Hilda in strategy and transformation communication as part of the group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle. Amelia is a Consultant for Brand and Business Strategy at Hotz. Previously, she worked at Estée Lauder Companies as Consumer and Trade Marketing Manager, where she was responsible for the expansion of distribution of cosmetics brands in the sustainability sector. She was also heavily involved in internal initiatives and their internal communication in the area of sustainability. In previous years, she worked as a Scrum Master at Helvetia Consulting in a strategically important digital transformation project for Helvetia Insurance. After completing her Master’s degree in Management, Organization and Culture at the University of St. Gallen, Amelia gained various experience at Beiersdorf, Procter & Gamble and the global growth and transformation consultancy Prophet.
Dr. Andreas Moser
Advisor Organizational Development
Dr. Andreas Moser supports Hilda in the area of organizational development as part of the Group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle. Andreas accompanies entrepreneurial transformation processes with a view to a successful future. He has many years of experience in the design, orchestration and implementation of future-oriented issues. Andreas’ entrepreneurial profile is rounded off by his moderation skills on both a small and large scale. He has operational management experience at C-level in the SME environment and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of a medium-sized energy cooperative. Andreas holds a doctorate in business administration from the University of Zurich.
Patrick Ensslin
Senior Communications Consultant
Patrick Ensslin supports Hilda in strategy and transformation communication as part of the Group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle. Patrick is Director Brand Experience at Hotz. He has more than 25 years of experience in audiovisual brand development. At the end of 2007, Patrick founded Sensorial Surroundings, an agency specializing in motion graphics, film and sound design in the corporate sector. In addition to his training as a graphic designer at the Lucerne University of Art and Design, Patrick has further training in strategy and business administration at the University of St. Gallen and service design at the University of Nuremberg.

Michael Kahn
Creative Director
Michael Kahn has been working in the field of design for over 20 years, including as a partner and creative director at hilda design matters, at Schnider & Yoshina, a renowned design agency in New York, and as a senior designer at the internationally active Gottschalk + Ash in Zurich. Michael’s work has won several awards, including the RedDot Award and the Berlin Type Award. He is a jury member of the Swiss Business Report Rating. After completing the preliminary course at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), he trained as a designer.
Jiři Chmelik
Design Director
Jiři Chmelik, a founding partner and creative director of hilda design matters, has been involved with the image and communicative presence of companies for over 25 years. After his training as a graphic designer and his experience at the corporate design agency Külling Partner Identity, he honed his understanding of design and identity in the Executive Master in Art, Design + Innovation. Jiri’s work has won the Red Dot Award and the German Design Award several times. He also teaches the disciplines of corporate design, editorial design and brand identity at various universities, as well as presiding over the design jury of the Swiss Annual Report Rating. He deepens his professional fascination in the Noir Associates project.
Kay Campos
Production Services, UX/UI-Design
After working in communications agencies in Lucerne, Zug and Baar, Kay Campos has been part of the Hilda team since 2012. He was also able to contribute his expertise for several years as a freelancer for renowned design and advertising agencies in Zurich. At Hilda, he is responsible for the realization of important products in the areas of corporate communication, financial publication and branding in close collaboration with the creative direction. In addition, he continuously expands his know-how in the field of UX/UI design and animation and follows future-oriented developments with great interest.
Oliver Aebersold
Production Services, UX/UI-Design
Oliver Aebersold has extensive experience in the field of visual communication, including at Bossard Kommunikation and Stutz Medien AG. He was also self-employed for over seven years and ran his own graphic design studio in Zug. In addition to his training, Oliver graduated from the “gib” management school for printing, media and communication in Zurich. At Hilda, he is responsible for the development and realization of important projects in the areas of corporate communication, financial publications and branding. He works closely with the creative direction team. His knowledge of UI/UX design completes his broad range of skills.
Ivo Moosberger
Graphic Designer
Ivo Moosberger supports Hilda in the area of graphic design as part of the Group-wide collaboration in the Brand Leadership Circle. Over the past thirty years, he has worked in various areas of the industry, from the creative implementation of projects to the technical set-up and support of publications in online editorial systems, as well as the templating of various touchpoints and product photography in the studio. In addition to his vocational training as a typographer, he completed the BMS design course in Lucerne.
